About me
I grew up and live in upstate NY just North of Saratoga Springs and just South of Lake George--two major tourist attractions. Summers are hot and hectic, but full of great grilling foods. Winters are cold and fun with mountains like Gore just miles away. I love to create soups and one pot meals for my friends and family. I collect cook books and love to try new recipes daily--much to my husband's chagrin sometimes!

they are real easy to grow. you can buy the seeds at your local grocery store and they are fun to watch grow. hope you enjoy my recipe as much as i do ty again.

It does not have a smokey flavor like "regular" chili powder. It is made from New Mexican red chilis and is the heart of most chili blends.
