I pretty much cook the old fashioned way, that is not too much measuring, opting for the "that looks like enuf" method. I love using cast iron cookware. Ive never met a cast iron skillet or dutch oven i didnt like. I tend to over salt because I like salty. I work in the Middle East where pork is frowned upon, so when I am off work and at home with my family, we do alot of pig cookin'
