I have about another 3 or 4 weeks to wait, and I am so hungry for it. You would probably enjoy the Rhubarb Dream bars, too - crunchy meringue-like top with a rhubarb filling and sweet crust...it's always the first recipe I make when I get my hands on the new crop of rhubarb.
