Do you remember the Rolling Stones song "I can't get no satisfaction", well that's me with cooking and eating out. I am tired of the same old stuff and crave something new. I like lots of spice, medium hot and decadent. I should but do not hold back on butter, half and half, bacon etc. I like French and Cajun but can appreciate all QUALITY cooking. I have worked and owned a successful eaterie but I wouldn't brag about our cuisine. Although we did have some of the finest pizzas you'll ever eat! Bon Appetit
