    Thanks for stoppin by the SoCal omelet. I don't know of a book but maybe there should be one. I don't go to work any more but when I did I saved this sort of thing for Sat or Sun brunch. You would not believe how well an Ambrosia (champagne and fresh orange juice)goes with this. Enjoy and remember a little madness. RJ
