About me
Originally from South Carolina (USA), I currently live in London England with my English husband, 2 cats and 11 yr old daughter. I love all types of food. I spent several years in the Dominican Republic where I learned A LOT about food. I have also lived in Spain and Holland and travelled all over Europe, Latin America.... I speak fluent Spanish (and of course English) and basic Italian - this year I intend to advance my Italian and study German as well.... I would LOVE to study cooking in Italy - who knows...?? My husband is a fantastic cook - he helps me out with all of the English recipes and I am currently trying to "school" him on Southern cooking! I am seriously thinking about going to CHEF school this year and as well were thinking about opening an American Cafe in London...... I owned a cafe/bar in Miami in the 90's and it was fantastic. I am keen to give it another go! I'll shut up now ! lol P.S. I make a KILLER Paella (so says my best friend Julian Garcia - Spanish Chef - now Chef-ing in the UK)
