    i agree with you on editing the recipe each time. ive learned that too, especially when ive made something up and i think it was so simple i wont forget. those are the ones i really cant remember! this website is a blessing. holly

    MINE TOO!!!! From what I've seen on a couple other sites, they need to be boiled hard for at LEAST 15 minutes, drained and dried off, and then proceed with the recipe. I'm gonna try this tonight for supper. DEEP FRIED!!!! Paula Deen and I fry about everything we can---gizzards go without saying!
