About me
I enjoy cooking, recreating dishes I've enjoyed at restaurants, or just rewriting as I go along. One of my favorite cooking utensils is a pencil - I've started writing down my edits as I do them so I can stop trying to figure out what I did that turned out so well. :p Ethnic foods are always on the menu. I cook and eat mostly vegetarian; I have a vegetarian daughter and have gotten pretty good at making vegetarian versions of our favorites.
