About the grs. in a cup depends on what you are measuring, butter 250 grs, also flour, others weight 300grs. so I would use 250grs.

Hi Valanne, my niece (32) makes wondeful preserves and when she has made enough we do a stall at a local farmers market. She is always on the look out for unusual recipes. She has done a lot of research into very old recipies, but also favours chili ect. Whats your favourite preserve ? Caroline
