About the Coconut banana bread, I don't use whole wheat pastry flour, but a lot of people ask me if they can subsitute 100% whole wheat flour (which is what we used) for it and really I am not sure. I will have to try it out first and then report back to you.
Thanks for the comments on my page, you can use any size spelt pasta you like, I just used the thin kind . Next time I may break them in half just once before cooking.
