About me
I work in healthcare during business hours and in my kitchen as an avid chef the rest of the time. I love food and trying new recipes, but most of all, I love having friends and family over to enjoy a wonderful meal and great wine. My kitchen is truly my sanctuary where I come to let the cooking melt my worries away. My food taste is quite eclectic but Mediterranean cuisine is perhaps my favorite. I enjoy the pleasure of crafting a meal completely from scratch using fresh ingredients. So many different great recipes, so little time.
