About me
My hubby and I live aboard our sailboat full time and have been traveling up and down the East Coast and the Bahamas for the last 3 years. Cooking and baking are a bit of a challenge on a boat, so I am always looking for recipes that I can whip up quickly that require minimal ingredients. I am fortunate enough to have a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and BBQ grill on board, even if they are all dollhouse size! LOL I am particularly interested in appetizer and potluck dishes that have normal ingredients, ( things I can find at a local grocery store, not a specialty market) because cruisers attend a lot of Happy Hours!
