I'm a beginner in the kitchen but a world class foodie. I did a stint writing a restaurant review blog and it was always my secret shame that I couldn't cook even half as well as some of the worst places I ate. Most of my recipes are inspired by years and years of eating out. I like to try to re-create simple/easy versions of the high end fusion cuisine that I love to eat at restaurants. I think you can have all the fun of cutting edge innovation and have it easy as well..; with a little ingenuity. This is a great site for recipes and I get awesome ideas every time I log in.
