    Made some minor variations to the basic recipe...very nice bread, great banana flavor. It poofed nicely in loaf pan and it isn't heavy. Had to cook a total of 70 minutes to test clean on a strand of spaghetti.

    going to try your Sauerkraut ball recipe. I grew up in Akron in Highland Square and live in Southern California now. NO ONE here has ever even heard of Sauerkraut balls and most of them make a weird face when I talk about them. I suppose it's one of those things you really have to try to appreciate, like fish tacos. I love those too but when someone was describing them I thought they were crazy.
