About me
Hi! My name is Jenny, and I live in NJ. I have a wonderful fiance' who loves to eat my cooking, and have the best friends and family :). Food is our fun. We don't get together for game night, we get together for Taco Night! My mom and I plan holiday meals for months before the actual day. I love to bake, and often are asked to make cakes and cookies for special occasions. If it exsists, we can make it into a cake. Truthfully, my fiance' is the cake decorator, I just bake them. I handle the cookies though, because he doesn't have the patience for the hours of piping and painting 100's of small cookies! I'm very excited to share recipes and ideas with everybody. Please feel free to message me or add me as your cooking buddy!

Hi Jenny-looking forward to sharing some great baking recipes!! Barbara

A late welcome to the site. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Hi Jenny, Thanks for the compliment on our recipes. I haven't put any new ones on for awhile but I've been accumulating them. I'll try to jump on tonight and accept the several "grub bud" requests I have before I pump them in. I see you are new to the group. Hope you enjoy it. There are a bunch of nice people on the site (as well as the occasional grump) and almost any of us are glad to help in any way we can. So welcome to the funny farm.

Hi Jenny! Thanks for stopping by..... NJ style Ice Tea only because my Aunt Eth, who was living in Bloomfield, made it this way and only this way when we visited in 1978. We don't usually sweeten our tea here in Michigan, so mom dubbed this Ice Tea New Jersey Style because that's where we first had it. Maybe I should change it to Aunt Eth Style!! Thanks for the invite. I accept. I look forward to sharing recipes.
