About me
I'm a gardener, especially hot peppers, tomatoes, herbs...haven't found much I don't like. Native American food is the greatest but often mistakenly grouped under Indian food..they're not the same thing. I'm a writer, love to fish, camp, read and spoil the grandkids. My cooking style is not to forget where you come from, fancy is ok but remember the peasant food, the good old comfort food we all grew up on. Don't be afraid to try new things, experiment with new foods. It's all good.
