  • mrpiggy 2 years ago about Poached Eggs With Roasted Asparagus And Truffle Oil
Made this for a light dinner. It didnt turn out too light as it took me 5 attempts to make poached eggs. Never poached them before. This was excellent.... I also didnt have truffle oil, so I used truffle salt. This made for a great meal. Thank you. More posted in IMI Poached Eggs With Roasted Asparagus And Truffle Oil
  • thrind 3 years ago about cabbage with sausage
I've made this twice with spicy Italian sausage and once with Merguez. Both times I added a diced tomato, Tabasco, garlic, and black pepper. Also I fry the sausage along with the onion before adding the beer and cabbage. I can't say much about the original recipe because I immediately started modifying it, but I'd give a solid 4 stars to my version :)

  • tupelohoney17 4 years ago about Baked Fennel
I haven't had much luck with fennel. It was spendy when I bought it and it didn't have any flavor...maybe it's how I cooked it...?? I am going to give this a try as I see everyone on the FoodNetwork using this vegeatable for a lot of things. This recipe sounds awesome so..I'm going to give it a go again. Any suggestions as to the protein I could serve this with? Seafood, pork chops, beef? Thanks for the post.

I've made your Italian Meat Loaf several times now and it's been a super hit with everyone. Having never made Meat Loaf before I'm amazed at how well it turned out. Thanks!
