About me
I am a passionate home cook who particularly enjoys preparing French Northern Italian and California cuisine. I just started making breads, pies, cakes, and cookies this year when I got a Kitchenaid for Christmas. Puff pastry is still my biggest challenge. I have fun in the kitchen with my fresh ingredients, wine and music. Its very therapeutic .

Isn't Boursin cheese a trademark name? I have a package in my refrigerator and it says Boursin is a French Gournay cheese. This may be good, but it isn't Boursin.
