About me
I'm a very busy person that doesn't get to cook as much as I'd like. I love trying gourmet recipes and especially like to bake. However, I do find that I am drawn to classic comfort foods more and more. Maybe it's because I work too much. I am a skin therapist by profession and have my own spa and organic skin care product line. I've been working about 65 hours a week. (Not much time for cooking).

What a great sounding and simple recipe! Any time I have an extra box of stuffing mix in the pantry I'll make this one! I've never seen that used in the place of bread crumbs
