    Hi! you sound like my kind of girl @:} I too would rather take the time to make something myself rather than reach for the box or ready made meal from the freezer, ugh

    Hi and thank youfor teh comment on the Baltimore Beef Bad Boy. The dry rub smells wonderful and the flavor is awesome! You smoke meat? I just love that. I am just starting out =D

    Thank you for being my cooking buddy. I'm with you on not making things from a box. That's not home made. I like to know what I am feeding my family as well. My husband is allergic to pecans and walnuts, so I rarely buy something from a bakery or from a mix unless I know what is in it.

    Chopped nuts while warm would be a nice touch. One would have to move quickly as it sets up very fast.

    I do love the coast although we live in Northern Maine we camp on the coast often. The picture was taken on Prince Edward Island which is one of our favorite places in Canada. Snow We do have plenty with more on the way!
