Hello, I am a stay at home Mom of 4, htree of them are grown and on there own pretty much. I still have one at home he is 15. I also have 3 grandkids who I adore and love cooking and coming up with wonderful ideas for them. I live in Colorado born and raised here. I love to cook and I love coming up with new recipes to try my husband is an awsome guinea pig he will try everything and tell me the truth on it..

I just made these - too easy. I added my pic. They are good, just a little bit different consistency than old fashioned pb cookies. But in a pinch, you can't beat 'em.
