About me
I am a registered nurse for 27 years now on the CCU/Telemetry floor so heart healthy flavorful foods are my favorite. I am happily married to a meat and potatoes man we have a daughter age 20-who only eats chicken and carbs makes it interesting to find menus! I love all types of cuisine and I am experimenting more each week. So send some great ideas my way and perhaps I'll have some of my own.
