About me
I love to cook and make food that nourishes the soul as well as the belly. I know that sounds a little cliche, but cliches are born of truths, so I'm just going with it. I am from Buffalo, New York with a Polish background and love for Polish food among other very ethnic tastes. I expiriment without fear and have learned to make something from nothing. People tell me they love my pies. I love when you can taste passion of the cook in the food you eat. I joined hoping to meet people with the same zest and share recipes and find solutions to cooking issues I might come across.
