About me
I became the chief cook for my large family after my mother's death when I was just 7 years old, and I've been cooking ever since. Since I'm now an old grandma (soon to be great-grandma!) living alone, I like finding or creating new recipes that I can cook in quantity and vacuum seal in individual portions to freeze for later. I'm adding my recipes here slowly so I can figure out measurements as I make them again (I never measure when cooking), plus I like recipes with photos, so I need to take pictures.
