    Sorry to confuse you about the marinade on the sweet and sour pork. After the pork is marinated, remove the pork and cook, discarding the marinade because it ends up in the sweet and sour sauce. Hope this helps.....And thanks for taking a look at the chicken cakes. Really appreciate it.
