About me
I'm a self taught home cook. I'm a health conscious foodie who occasionally enjoys UN-health conscious adventures into my own southern culinary roots, as well as exotic kitchen adventures. I spend a lot of time creating nutritious at-home, family-friendly meals. I love to experiment and duplicate my favorite restaurant dishes at home. I'm proud/pleased that my two grown sons love to cook -- I gave them cookbooks of MY recipes as gifts this past Christmas, and they seemed extremely pleased.

Thanks for the comment on the Earl Grey Salmon. Bear in mind that I adapted the recipe so you may have to tweak it to suit yourself. Also bear in mind that the flavour is very subtle so you really still get the taste of the salmon. I would imagine that the longer you marinate it, the more intense the flavour. Hope you Enjoy!
