About me
SAWADEE, HI AND WELCOME TO THAI RECIPES CREATION@GROUPRECIPES Any where there's HOT & SPICY ...i'm there..i like my food super hot and tasty...no pepper, that's fine..i'll still enjoy all cooking.....LOVE IT AND ENJOY IT...One main thing i'm not good at is baking. Hope to learn more ..Cooking is all i'm interest in and wanted to try so many more different recipes...i always spend my time in the kitchen, i'm not in front of TV or if i am, i always watch cooking show...i love them all...any chance i get...i'm on it.... I was born in Thailand and came to Las Vegas since i was 5..i took most cooking from my mom and most of it from the best of my creative...I have two beatuful daughters and both of them have already taking that step in becoming the best cook. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IF IS NOT HOT, IS NOT THAI..... The main food in Thailand is rice. Everyone has eaten it since they were born. But we can't really eat rice alone so we have to have something to go with it. There are many dishes of food to go with rice. Most of them are hot (spicy), sour, sweet and salty. The combination of these tastes is what makes Thai food so unusually delicious. Thai meal is served all at once, permitting dinners to enjoy complementary combinations of different tastes. **TIPS** (for eating spicy food). If you do bite into something too hot for your pelet, eat some plain rice or noodles. They will soak up the spicy oil, drinking water only spreads the oil around your mouth .You didn't know that didn't you?...............:)................................................................................................... When you're cooking in the kitchen, You're learning all the while To pour and measure, mix and stir And sift flour into a pile. Scrub your hands before you start Then gather up the gear -- Like pots'n pans and measuring cups That you use throughout the year. Go over the recipe, step-by-step, So you'll know just what to do. By carefully following the directions, It won't be hard for you. Have a hot pad handy And an adult standing by -- So you won't hurt yourself When using the stove or baking a pie. Besides the fun and learning, There's always cleaning up to do, And even though it's quite a chore, It's part of cooking too. But after all the work is done, It will soon be time for dinner. And when someone asks for seconds, You'll know you've cooked a winner! ..................................................................................................... REMEMBER , BEST COOK ALWAYS COME UP WITH SOME UNIQUE CREATIONS THAT HAVE EVERYONE ASKING FOR SECONDS............ THANKS TO ALL THAT HAD VISITED MY PAGE AND THANKS FOR ADDING ME AS YOUR COOKING BUDDIES.

I love thai food.

You have soooo many wonderful recipes. I'm going to try the Pad Thai, this is my favorite along with Pho. But Asian food (to ME) is the hardest to make. It never comes out the same. But I'm going to give this recipe a try. Thank you!!!
