Just a hint on the camping corned beef hash...boil the has before you go...put it in the cooler along with semi-boiled potatoes...so once you get to our stopping grounds and start to camp, all it ready for the last components...
then throw you ketchup , onion and all the rest... have great fun with this one~

Thanks for the comment on Rumaki. As I tell my brother, sure, you can change it any way you like... it just won't be taste the same. I would probably add another little shrimp if you take out the chicken liver.
