    Wow..sounds like a Philly Cheese Roast waiting to happen. This is whats for dinner tonight..I like the zesty and the cheese in this dish. I'm going to use the onion soup as au jus and go from there! Great recipe-thanks for the post!

    Thanks for the comment on Rumaki. As I tell my brother, sure, you can change it any way you like... it just won't be taste the same. I would probably add another little shrimp if you take out the chicken liver.

    just a hint on the camping corned beef hash...boil the has before you go...put it in the cooler along with semi-boiled potatoes...so once you get to our stopping grounds and start to camp, all it ready for the last components...
    then throw you ketchup , onion and all the rest... have great fun with this one~
