About me
I am a mother of three, two girls, Gina and Ashley and a son Ryan. I love to cook and when I recently remodeled my kitchen.... The most important thing was my oven and stove top!!!! I had a commercial Viking and my mother wanted it for her out side kitchen in her home in Mexico ... she gave me a thousand dollars towards my new appliance... well when I picked out my new appliance my mother had a fit on the price.... I explained to the woman my mother that she couldn't limit me from one cook to the other on the things I will have to have if she was to take what I was so use to.... My Viking was given to me from a construction site.... They wanted a new one....for which there was nothing wrong with the old one. It had 4 burners and a grill on the stove top.... I loved the grill... so my new oven is electric..... This is best for baking and my stove is gas and I have a grill it’s just not as nice as the one I had.... As my mother taught me to cook and my Nona I will teach my children to if they want to learn...... My daughter Gina...well she will find a husband who will cook.... this child doesn't like the kitchen unless it is to eat... My Son Ryan and other Daughter Ashley love to spend time with me in the kitchen and have become great cooks... Especially my youngest Ashley... what a great prep chief..... Oh my... her husband will love her some day.... she loves to create as does Ryan but he enjoys more of the tasting part then the actual working of the food.... I love to share the kitchen with my soon to be husband Earl ... His children and mine love his cooking .... Earl and I cook totally different ... our children love this as do I because of the verity that it provideds for their tast buds!!!!
