About me
1973 to 1977 I had an Office in Zuerich/Kloten (close to the Airport Zuerich/Kloten in Switzerland) where I was responsible for the swiss Sales Operation of an International Software Company (for IBM Main Frame Computers). I hope that qualifies me for the cooking relationship with you! 1992 I moved for good to the States and love it here. The main reasons for that is my american wife (with whom I share a wonderful partnership!) and our almost 9 Year (in March) son Max! As a cook I am still learning very hard and already made some pretty big mistakes (:-0). That also is a reason why it might be taking me a long time to come up with some GOOD recipes :-) ! By the way I love swiss food, almost all!
