Great and easy. While using your crockpot you can use many differnet cuts of meat. Enjoy and add a bit of hot sauce, just a little bit.

Hi, Thanks for the comment on the marinated seared scallops. I hope they turned out to your liking! I'm not much of a measurer, either. I always find myself trying to figure out amounts after I've made something in order to write a legible recipe!

You know, I always ate Catalina dressing when I was a kid and forgot about it! Will try this. Thanks!

I love my crock pot. I always put something on for our Sunday Dinner. This has a lot of mushrooms in it but sounds great.

Hi WhatElse! I'm a bit of a 'throw it all in a pot and keep your fingers crossed' cook too so I'll be able to understand your recipes! Thanks for the invite.

Thanks for the comments on Grandma's meatballs. I make them jumbo size and let them cook all day in sauce, with tons leftover to freeze. Greetings to all in my hometown.

Hello, WhatElse!! Thanks for the comments on my Woolfys Almond Pistachio Chicken w Mustard Sauce!! It is one of my favourite ways to serve chicken breasts, packed with flavours, textures -- and yes, very rich :) Let me know how it works out...(And, BTW, be careful the nuts don't get burnt when you're browning the chicken pieces -- the first time I made this my pan was too hot, and the burnt taste was a bit overbearing...)
We have something in common; my hubby is from Scotland...
