It is one of my favourite ways to serve chicken breasts, packed with flavours, textures -- and yes, very rich :) Let me know how it works out...(And, BTW, be careful the nuts don't get burnt when you're browning the chicken pieces -- the first time I made this my pan was too hot, and the burnt taste was a bit overbearing...)
