About me
My name is Lisa and I live in NC, and am 48 yrs. old. I have 1 grown son-22. I am very happily "divorced", but have a boyfriend who is 15 yrs. younger than me. Occasionaly I get ask if he is my son, at which point I say "No", and then they get this terrible look on thier faces, and start apologizing, I just laugh and reply "Hey-if it don't bother him it sure don't bother me", then he always puts his arm around my waist and kisses me, at that point they relax and it's all good. I do respite for MR/MI/DD adults in my home. I love this work, and most of the time can't believe I get paid to do it. I am very easy to get along with. I do not see race, religion, age, sexual orientation, size or social standing when meeting someone. I base my opinion on how you are to me. I don't judge-that's not my job in this life. Although, I do not like rude people, and will call you out on it whether it is directed toward me or someone else. People have always liked to talk to me. I am very honest, so don't ask for my "personal" opinion if you really don't want to know how I feel. I'm just an old, fat country girl who loves to EAT, and cook foods of all varieties. That's how I learn and experience different taste/techniques of foods/cooking. Deep down I guess I'm just an old country cook. I cook how my Momma, Grandmaw's and Aunts cooked. I don't really have recipes for that kind of cooking. I learned by watching, cooking and eating. I also want to say that I love this site, and EVERYTHING I have made by anyone on here has been delicious. Thanks to all of you!! I guess that's enough for now.
