About me
I live in a very rural area in Pennsylvania, 35 miles west of Harrisburg. We must cross mountains to get to the nearest shopping centers and hospitals. We have lived here all of our lives (50+years) and can't imagine being anywhere else. My kids are grown and on their own, so I'm cooking for just myself and my husband.

I saw a recipe for chocolate chip cookies made with Ghirardelli chocolate in Martha Stewart magazine. I was at the dentist and felt guilty about ripping the recipe out of the mag. The ingredients included one bag of semisweet and one bag of bitter chocolate chips. The cookies were rolled into a log and refrigerated until chilled. If they are anything like the picture they will be this chocoholic's dream cookie.
