About me
I love good food and wine with friends and family. Nothing better than cooking for someone and making it a special event. Most restaurants are over priced for what you get - there are exceptions but not many. I would far rather do the cooking and the clean up!! I spent 7 years sailing between the Bahamas and Maine so developed a real appreciation for fresh seafood. I was always dragging a line and got pretty good with Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, grouper, Bluefish, lobster etc
