About me
I'm a simple cook. Easy, quick recipes are what I like best and I especially love a recipe where I can add a touch of my own taste to it. I love cooking with spices (especially garlic), green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and celery. To me these ingredients help define my food. I'm not afraid of buying packaged spices and using them in ways other how they were intended. I've awed family and friends with some of the most delicious variations to cooking chicken and turkey. Cooking allows me to be creative. When I loose the desire to be creative with flavors then I think I'll stop cooking.
