About me
I'm a Kiwi living in rural France - and lovin' it! I've been here now for about 10 years, but still haven't mastered the language! I work part-time in a small French restaurant, where the owner/cook specialises in simple traditional French cuisine. Not for me though - far too much garlic! I spend all my spare time helping my English husband with our renovations, keeping my garden in reasonable shape and dreaming up and experimenting with recipes for jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys, etc. with the veges and soft fruit I harvest from my beloved garden. My ambition is to start a small cottage industry in selling preserves etc. at the many local markets.
