Mom to 5, I would say I'm an expert cook who can make just about anything given the right ingredients and a good recipe. I've been cooking since a young child when my father started teaching me with simple things like pancakes. I've passed along that tradition and am teaching my kids how to cook and follow recipes. Hoping one of them will turn into a chef and love food as much as I do! Due to a medical condition, I'm now having to re-evaluate food and how to prepare and enjoy it in a healthier fashion (low fat) without loosing flavor.
