I live in Melbourne, Australia - 100 meters from the beach... I have 4 kids- 2 of mine and 2 step kids- all gals ... I love cooking, wish I had time to get stuck into my art and creative stuff, and would love to get outdoors and run or walk. No time for anything but cooking... Ah well....Roll on summer!

Yes, alot of people prone to all kinds of addictions in this world -- good thing ours only makes us fat! I just noticed your pork casserole with caraway dumpling recipe -- can't wait to peruse it!! I love caraway! When I was young I remember my mom put candied caraways on molasses cookies and they were to die for. But I can't find candied caraway nowadays if my life depended on it! Have you ever seen them in your neck of the woods?
