I live for the human experience; the beauty of life, in its most organic sense, makes the world and all of its shortcomings worth it. One of our most sacred gifts in life is the ability to create, and furthermore, share that creation with others. It is in this simple act that we may find satisfaction, pleasure, and reassurance- in knowing that our palates are not biased. If we could only take the genius of this website and bestow it unto the rest of the world, perhaps we would all relearn the art of sharing and rejoice in its beauty. With that said, I love eating from different cuisines- and second to studying medicine, cooking is definitely the next best thing!
