About me
I am from Tenn but now live in the Dallas area. we are able to grill year round here and usually grill for Christmas. My parents Don and Irene always prepared daily meals and Holiday Dinners. I grew up cooking and enjoying the pleasures of cooking together and everyones smiling faces during the meal. Every occasion is a opportunity to enjoy cooking. I am a avid hunter as are my two sons and my wife. I usually cook for my friends in the field which requires a lot of prep and planning which is why I guess everyone enjoys it so much. Being outdoors with friends and having comforts. Ahh!! the fresh air , no traffic almost annoying silence we are not used to.
