About me
Hi i am a 24 Year old Vegetarian with a passion for culinary arts my wife its a Chef so of course i have to impress her with my everyday cooking. I was born and raised in puerto Rico so you will find lots of Flavor full "Criollo" cuisine in here with a vegetarian twist of course, if you are looking for recipes packed with flavor look no further. At first i was a little hesitant about sharing my recipes but how can i just say i am a bad ass in the kitchen without sharing right. I am NOT vegan but i am trying the only dairy that i consume its cheese besides that nothing else, i use soy based butter and soy milk, i am trying to start with vegie , almond, rice and soy cheeses i was living too far from the only health store that carry them in the island now i am about 5 minutes away. I grow most of my own herbs in my kitchen and all the produce that i buy its organic. Hmmm tasty. My Forte: Organic,Vegetarian, Puertorican, Italian, Mediterranean (far and middle east) Thai, Chinese, Japanese and American. Baking, Sauces, Rice, vegetables, pasta. No Experience with: Fondant, Tofu and Souffle's ( will try soon) You will NOT find recipes here for: 1.Meat 2.Pork 3.Hams 4.Deep Fried Foods.
