Also if you only lived there and experienced the baklava culture there ..you would then understand what it is and where baklava comes from..I have egyption friends and they call gullac for fillo dough and gullac is turkish gullac,sutlac,bulamac,etc..that was i was saying wich is you said well yourself Baklava is Turkish..but if you dont know all the baklava in turkey how can you determin who does it best?:)
there is 30 different type of baklava in Turkey..and none of is made with raisens.. varm regards
