Thanks for your comment on my pipikaula. Make sure you make a big batch fo da family. Adjust the ingredients to your taste. Add a little mo of dis or dat for whateva you like!! Broke da mout ono!!!!!

That is called jimami- you make a peanut milk instead of soy milk and you use a yam starch- I think this one is cooked, and then allowed to set in a mold. I will ask around for you if you like. Gosh now I am hungry- I just started a batch of okara- to make cutlets and burgers, but I have to go to bed cuz I have a long paper to finish. I will try to get more info for you by the end of the week. Take care- and keep eating!!
