That is called jimami- you make a peanut milk instead of soy milk and you use a yam starch- I think this one is cooked, and then allowed to set in a mold. I will ask around for you if you like. Gosh now I am hungry- I just started a batch of okara- to make cutlets and burgers, but I have to go to bed cuz I have a long paper to finish.
