At this web site wanting to eat your computer screen is normal (smile). My hubby likes eating the potato salad by its self but I usually make it when we have home made hamburgers, or fried chicken. it really goes well with almost anything. I had to make a huge batch (20 pounds of potatoes) for my hubby to take to work one time when his department had a meeting and decided to eat too.
All he brought back was an empty bowl. LOL
