    This recipe was fantastic. I have been cooking a very long time and have never found an Asian recipe that I like. I didn't change a thing. I will definitely be making this again. The peanut butter gave it an amazing depth of flavor, and the soy was the perfect level of saltyness.

    Hi! Just stop by to tell you that I made your Lo mein recipe again...this time I made it for my Mom...she's a very picky eater, but she loved this! She said it was better than the one she gets from the Chinese restuarant! I always make a double batch now! I saved some for my sister to try...I can't wait to see what she thinks! I know she'll love it too! Now I just have to find a Mei Fun recipe that is just as good as this wouldn't happen to have one, would you? =)

    OMG!!! I made this again but I added bean sprouts, yellow onion, green onion and chicken!!! It was absolutely perfect! I can actually say that it was BETTER than the one I get from my favorite Chinese restaurant because it had only the veggies we like and it had a little spiciness from the cayenne pepper!
