About me
A stay at home mom to a terrific 16 year old young man who is mentally challanged and his terrific 14 year old sister who is an honor student. We do have a busy life so fast easy simple yet nutrious meals are a must .However I love preparing more complicated meals on the weekends when time allows for longer prep and cooking times.
