About me
I'm a Kindergarten Teacher who aspires to go to cooking school and switch careers to cooking, but for now I'm still learning. I pretty successfully make anything I have a recipe and the ingredients for, but since I live in China, I have limited access to ingredients, and my kitchen isn't as well stocked as I would wish. I love cooking for both myself and other people, as long as they tell me how wonderful it is.

It's hard for me to find ingrediants too since I also live in China, often find that I have to do 4 more extra steps to the recipe due to lack of ingrediants (ex.jar of roasted red peppers, I have roast myself). I look forward to sharing recipes!

yummy! something else to do with chicken...I get tired of the same ol' thing. I will really try and make this one with some low sodium soy sauce tho'. You're right, pineapple
