About the rolled fondant recipe. Here is the Wilton link:

If you go to that page, you can get the recipe for the fondant. I would highly suggest that you buy rolled fondant the first few times you use it so that you can get used to the texture. Its not hard to make, its just that if you haven't used it before, you won't know how its suposed to turn out....does that make sense? Anyway, here is another link for a marshmallow fondant, which looks really easy to make, but I have personally never tried this recipe, so I can't say if its any good or not.
