About me
I love to cook and experiment with different flavors a lot, mixing different ethnic and world foods with each other to come up with tasty recipes. Sometimes they work out great, other times, well... I will be using this place to post up the successes I've had with my food experiments :)

I lived in Baltimore for 17 years and go back for steamed crabs, crabcakes, cream of crab soup, regular crab soup and anything I can find with sweet, precious crab in it...Imperial crab, crab fries.....as often as possible. I find myself looking at so-called "Baltimore" crabcakes or "Maryland" crabcakes on the menu here in Pittsburgh and just shake my head. Maryland should sue for defamation of crabcakes.
