Blado
(eggplant with potatos and eggs)
(for one person)

(eat it with rice)
This dish is a spicy hot food.

1 aubergine (eggplant)
2 potatos
2 onions
2 already hard cooked eggs
2-3 teaspoon of sambal oelek (kind of a chili paste)
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
2-3 soup spoon of sweet soyasauce
1/4 teaspoon of trassi (shrimp paste)(asia shop)

3 soup spoon of canola oil

Cut the aubergine (eggplant) into little peaces
Cut the potatos into little peaces
Cut the onion into little peaces
Cut the hard cooked eggs into little peaces

Put 3 soup spoon of canola oil in a frying pan
fry the potatos till they're almost ready
Put the aubergine (eggplant) onto it
Put the onions onto it
Put the sambal onto it
Put the cumin onto it
Put the coriander onto it
(you can put trassi onto it, but it's very intensive)
Put the soyasauce onto it. (don't heat it to much)
At the very last put the eggs onto it

(sambal oelek, shrimp paste, the soya sauce and the spices (powders) you can buy in an asian shop)

Bon apetit, (good apetite.)

Chicken in Soyasauce (for one person)
----------------------

One big onion.
An already fried chicken.
coriander powder
cumin powder
2 soup spoon of sweet soyasauce
sambal oelek (sort of a chilli paste)
2-3 soup spoon of canola oil

Cut the chicken into little pieces.
Cut the onion into little pieces.
Put 2-3 soup spoon of canola oil in a frying pan
Fry the onion pieces till they are gold-brown.
Put the sambal onto it.
Put an half teaspoon of coriander powder onto it.
Put an half teaspoon of cumin powder onto it.
At least you put the soyasauce onto it.
(take care, heatet it not to much, for it smells bitter than).
Let it heat a litlle while but low intensity heat.
If it's getting to hot or to dry you can put a little of water onto it.

Closing remark :
(I prefere canola oil to fry and olive oil for making salad.)
(however sesam oil has the lowest fat, taste very well, but taste intensive)

Bon appetit.
good appetite.

A simply but yummy food.

Cooke rice, put it on a plate,

Put a self made chicken-soup-with-vegetables
over it.

Ready! This is tasting so good and is easily digestible.

This is tasting better than a restaurant eat.
