Anniez Ethiopian Gomen Greens are great, but a bit spicy...so you may want to add the cayenne last, after you have already tasted them, or add half of the cayenne.

The Watercress Salad With Manchego Membrillo And Almonds is great also, if you can find the cheese, other cheeses do not do it justice.

    Thanks for stopping by, neighbor!~!!

    Be well,

yep I'm right there with you on the herb vinegars - people do appreciate receiving them - I have also found that putting a hot pepper I use Datil but could use Tabasco or jalapeno) makes a nice twist to some of the combos. Thanks for taking the time to comment and have a great evening - Stephen

Thank you for your comments on my recipes. As the cook for a man who doesn't like too sweet in his main course, I've developed a more savory approach to cooking. I hope you enjoy the recipes. And do try the pie crust, it really is easier to work with. Trust me, I know the frustration :-) Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Christmas Cheers - LindySez aka SoSousMe
