No problem, just glad you pointed it out. I do try and proof read the recipes when I post them, but somehow I sometimes miss things.


On the stir fry that would be thin strips. My fingers sometimes type quicker than my mind can think. Thanks for pointing that out to me, I appreciate it.
Also to get thin slices of meat, we like to place the meat in the freezer for a little while. Makes it easier to slice.

Honey-sweet Syrup
Works as a substitution for maple syrup both as is (poured over pancakes) or in recipes (I also substitute it for plain honey or brown sugar in some sweet recipes).
